Terms and Conditions of the Feedom Referral Program
1. Definitions
1.1. Feedom: Refers to the company that provides the SaaS platform for the management and optimization of catalog ads.
1.2. Referral Program: The scheme through which current Feedom clients can refer potential new clients in exchange for economic rewards.
1.3. Referrer: Current Feedom client who refers potential new clients.
1.4. Referee: Person or entity recommended by the referrer to become a client of Feedom.
2. Participation
2.1. Only current Feedom clients can participate in the Referral Program.
2.2. To participate, the referrer must complete the available referral form and ensure that the referee meets the basic requirements to be a Feedom client.
3. Referral Requirements
3.1. Referees must meet the following requirements:

Have an e-commerce store (not a marketplace) with at least 20 products.

Have presence in LATAM and/or Europe.

Do not sell restricted products in ads (e.g., sex shops, drugstores, weapons, etc.).
3.2. If the referee does not meet the requirements, the referrer will be notified via email.
4. Levels and Rewards
4.1. Rewards are granted according to the following tiered scheme:

1 referred client: $200 USD

2 referred clients: $300 USD for the second client

3 referred clients: $400 USD for the third client

4 or more referred clients: $500 USD from the fourth client onwards
4.2. Levels are related to the number of activated referees and are updated according to the situation of the referred clients. If a referee cancels their subscription, the referrer's level will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Reward Payment
5.1. Payments will be made between 15 and 30 days after the referee pays their first invoice.
5.2. Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
5.3. Feedom is not responsible for transaction fees. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the reward amount.
6. Additional Benefit
6.1. Referrers who activate 6 accounts in a calendar year (with a minimum of 3 months as Feedom clients each) will receive a ticket to an industry-relevant event, including travel and accommodation.
6.2. The annual referral count resets every January 1st.
7. Information and Notifications
7.1. Feedom will notify the referrer via email about the level reached and corresponding rewards.
7.2. Feedom reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, notifying participants with a minimum of one month's notice.
8. Limitations and Exclusions
8.1. There is no limit to the number of clients a referrer can refer.
8.2. If the referee is already in commercial negotiations with Feedom, they will be excluded from the Referral Program.
9. Other Benefits
9.1. Referees will receive a 50% discount on Feedom's value for 2 months.
9.2. Feedom will validate that the referee knows the referrer before assigning any benefits.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1. Feedom is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data of referrers and referees. The collected data will be used exclusively for the purposes of the Referral Program and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Feedom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program.
12. Modification of Terms
12.1. Feedom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be communicated to participants with a minimum of one month's notice.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1. Feedom reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates the program rules.
13.2. For any questions or additional inquiries, participants can contact the support team or their account executive.
14. Final Provisions
14.1. By participating in the Feedom Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Feedom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
