How does our referral program work?
We designed a referral program with great benefits for you. From now on, each referral that becomes a Feedom customer will earn you money. It’s important to read all the available information to clear up any doubts and maximize your earnings.
Our referral program features a tiered compensation scheme based on the referrals you bring that become Feedom customers:
👉 1 referred customer: $200 USD
👉 2 referred customers: $300 USD for the second
👉 3 referred customers: $400 USD for the third
👉 4 or more referred customers: $500 USD from the fourth onward

Frequently asked questions
How does the Feedom referral program work?
​
The Feedom referral program allows you to earn monetary rewards for referring potential customers who sign up for our platform. Depending on the number of referrals, you can earn up to $500 for each referral that becomes a customer and pays their first invoice.

What do I need to do to participate in the program?
​
Simply recommend our platform to colleagues, friends, or anyone who could benefit from our tools. Note that you must be a current Feedom customer to participate in the program. Once you have your referral’s confirmation, you will need to complete this form so we can contact them and start the commercial process. We recommend reading the requirements to become a Feedom customer to ensure your referral qualifies for the program.

How many reward levels are there, and what are the amounts?
​
There are 4 reward levels:
​
1 referred customer: $200 USD
2 referred customers: $300 USD for the second
3 referred customers: $400 USD for the third
4 referred customers: $500 USD for the fourth, which is the maximum amount per referral.
The levels directly relate to the number of activated referrals (1 activated referred customer = 1 level). Note that the levels correspond to the updated status of the referred customers; if any of them cancel, it will affect your level. Thus, the levels do not reset at any time; they simply reflect the number of active customers you have assigned. For example, suppose you are level 0 and refer 4 customers; you will be at level 4, but if one of your referrals cancels at any time, you will automatically drop to level 3.

What happens if I refer an agency or a business group?
​
If you refer an agency or a business group, the benefit will be related to the number of accounts they activate during their first month as a Feedom customer. For example, suppose you are level 0 and the agency or business group you refer decides to start with 2 accounts; you will reach level 2 ($200 USD for the first + $300 USD for the second). However, if they start with one account and add a second account in the second month, the second will not be included in the referral program.

How do I know my level in the program?
​
Once your referral becomes a Feedom customer, we will notify you via email along with the details of your program level.

How do I know if my referral qualifies for the program?
​
First, it is important to know the basic requirements for being a potential Feedom customer:
​
-Be a brand with an e-commerce store (not a marketplace) with at least 20 products. In the event that your referral is an agency or a business group, they must have clients that meet this characteristic.
-Be a brand, agency, or business group with a presence in LATAM and/or Europe
-Sell products from any industry that does not have advertising restrictions (such as sex shops, drugstores, firearms, among others)
Note that there may be other restrictions not covered in the points mentioned above.

If the referral does not meet the conditions mentioned above, you will be notified via email that they will not proceed in the commercial process and therefore, you will not receive the benefit.

Is there any benefit for my referral?
​
Yes! Your referral will receive a 50% discount on Feedom for 2 months.

Does my referral need to know that I am referring them?
​
Yes! When we contact your referral, we will validate that they know you to assign you the corresponding benefit if they sign up.

How does the cancellation of a referral affect my reward level?
​
Your reward level will depend on how many active customers you have referred. If any of your referrals cancel Feedom, your level will automatically drop. For example, suppose you are level 0 and refer 4 customers; you will be at level 4, but if any of your referrals cancel at any time, you will automatically drop to level 3.

How do I access the all-expense-paid event benefit?
​
Those who refer 6 accounts in a calendar year and keep them active simultaneously for at least 3 months will receive a ticket to a relevant industry event with travel and accommodation included. Once the calendar year ends (January 1 to December 31), the annual referral counter for this benefit will reset.

Is there a limit to the number of customers I can refer?
​
No, there is no limit to the number of customers you can refer. The more customers you refer, the greater your rewards.

How do you know how many referrals are assigned to my name?
​
For each referral, we will ask for your ID number, which will be the identifier to assign referrals to you. Therefore, it is very important that you always refer customers indicating the same ID number.

What happens if my referral is already in commercial negotiations?
​
If your referral is already in commercial negotiations to become a Feedom customer, we will analyze the stage of the process. If they have accepted the service and are in the setup stage, the referral will be excluded from the program, and we will notify you. If they are only in the negotiation stage, they will enter the program, and you will be eligible for your reward as long as they become a customer.

How and when is the corresponding payment for my benefit made?
​​
Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal between 15 and 30 days after the referral pays their first invoice.​

Does the referral program have an end date?
​
The program does not have an end date, but Feedom reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, notifying participants at least one month in advance.
